Licensed in Kentucky
Joined the family business after years in construction and contracting. The first sale closed that summer — and I never looked back.

Opened C. Thieneman Realtors
Hung my own shingle. Built a boutique brokerage around referrals, relationships, and a tight roster of agents I personally vet.

Doubled down on the markets I know best — South Louisville, Bullitt County, and the corridors in between.
